ONE PAN MEALS ✨ details below 👇🏼 . There’s nothing better than only having to use one pan to make a meal. Less dishes is always a good thing 👍🏼 These are three meals we love (& my 3 & 4 year old love too). . SHEET PAN PANCAKES: This is how I make them but you can use whatever mix you want. These always come out perfect, fluffy and not dry at all! . Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and generously grease a sheet pan. In a large bowl, whisk together dry Bisquick mix (4 cups), milk (2 cups) and eggs (4) (you’re basically doubling the pancake recipe on the box). Pour the pancake batter onto your greased pan and top with the toppings of your choice. In the center rack, bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter when done. I melt one stick of butter for this. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the pancakes before serving. . . SHEET PAN QUESADILLAS: Preheat oven to 425 and grease baking sheet. Lay out 7 quesadillas on baking sheet as shown here. None of the pan should be showing in the middle where the filling is going. Put the filling in the center of the baking sheet over the tortillas and spread it around. We use ground meat cooked with peppers/taco seasoning and then topped with cheese. There’s no wrong way to fill these up. You can use chicken, beef, turkey, peppers, onions, buffalo chicken - whatever you want. . Fold the tortillas inward (as shown here) and top with a baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 20 mins and then take the top sheet pan off. Bake for another 5 mins. . . SHEET PAN DINNER: For this we use chicken sausage, diced baby potatoes, kielbasa, peppers. You can use whatever veg you like best if you’re not a fan of peppers. Top with oil and then shake pan a bit so the oil gets distributed evenly. Use seasoning and then bake at 425 for about 25 minutes. . . Enjoy! . . . #EasyRecipes #familymeals #quickdinner #dinnerforkids #toddlermeals #mealideasforkids #familyrecipes

BREAKFAST PREP 🍳 There’s nothing better than saving time in the morning and not being rushed. I love having a few things already made. Although it takes a little time to prep it’s worth it (to me). I’ll put all the details below 👇🏼 . HASHBROWN HAM EGG BITES: Mix 8 eggs and 2 tablespoons of milk together. Add in 20oz hashbrowns, 1 cup cubed ham, 1.5 cups grated cheddar cheese (save a little to sprinkle on top), salt, pepper, garlic powder. Put that mix into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until golden. . FRENCH TOAST BITES: Mix 6 eggs, one cup of milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 2tbsp maple syrup, 1- 2 tablespoon vanilla extract, dash of cinnamon, pinch of salt. Add in your bite size pieces of French bread and coat all pieces. Add into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350. The time will vary depending on size of muffin tin. 15 or so minutes for mini muffins. . BACON/EGG/CHEESE PASTRIES: Use a pack of puff pastries (the kind that comes with two in pack). Cut your squares. Mine got me 8 squares. I use 3 eggs scrambled, 3/4 cup cooked/chopped bacon, shredded cheddar (3/4 cup). Assemble your pockets and press sides down with fork. Brush with egg wash and bake at 400 for 15 mins. Enjoy! #EasyRecipes #recipesforkids #easyrecipesformoms #breakfastprep #mealideasforkids
FAKE SNOW: easy & fun activity for kids ⛄️ you can make more “snow” by doubling or tripling the ingredients used ❄️ (2.5 cups baking soda, 1/2 cup white conditioner) you don’t need special conditioner for this, just has to be white…use the cheapest one! . add mini trucks & snow plows if you have a toy car loving kid 🚧 🚜 . . #toddleractivities #activitiesfortoddlers #activitiesforkids #sensoryplay
FOOD PREP 👩🏼🍳 It’s easy to just eat my kids leftovers if I don’t have stuff in the fridge that is easy & quick for me to grab. I’ll put all the details below for these few things I made this week 🥰 You need to try the cucumber salad! I’ll be making it every week. . PB CUPS: I added pb fit peanut butter to a muffin tin with mini liners. I froze that (at least one hour but longer if you can) then I added a small amount of melted dark chocolate on top with sea salt. You want to add the sea salt right away so it sticks. . CHICKEN SALAD: I use one cup Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt pepper. Mix those few things up and then add in 2 cups of cooked chicken, 1/2 cup diced grapes, 1/2 cup nuts (I use pecans - leave out if you don’t like nuts), 1/2 cup celery. I usually just add this to arugula but can use it many ways. . CUCUMBER SALAD: I use my veggie chopper for this with the slicing blade. Mine is linked in my Amazon Storefront under “kitchen favorites” and it’s on sale today! I use this almost everyday for different things. I used a whole pack of mini cucumbers (6 minis). You can use three big ones, I just like the small ones. Mix the following things together and then pour over the cucumbers & shake. . 3 tsp salt 1.5 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp minced garlic 3 tsp rice vinegar 3 tsp chili oil 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp sesame seeds 3 tbsp green onions, diced, optional . Enjoy! . . #mealprep #mealprepping #easyrecipesformoms
WEEKLY BREAKFAST PREP ✨ I’ve said this before but I do not like prepping any food 😂 It’s not fun and I don’t enjoy it but it makes my life sooo much easier and saves so much time so I do it as much as I can. . If you want the link to anything shown here you can find all links to anything I post in my bio. . DONUT OMELETTES: I just use four eggs, 1/4 cup milk, salt/pepper, sausage and cheese. I add peppers for my son but my daughter won’t eat them with peppers so I leave them out of hers. I mix the eggs/milk/salt/pepper and set it aside. I add the meat, veg into greased donut pan. I top with the egg mixture and cheese (I use cheddar but any kind works). Bake for 20 mins at 350. . SPIDEY WAFFLES: The Spidey waffle maker is so fun. It works really well. I’ve had all sorts of themed waffle makers like this one and this one works the best. It’s easy to clean too, just wipe it down. Be sure to spray it before each use so nothing sticks. . SMOOTHIES: For our smoothies I use banana, strawberries, milk, yogurt & immune boost. We love the smoothie cups we have. They come in a pack of four and are the best quality. . . #breakfastprep #toddlermealideas #easytoddlermeals #quickandeasymealideas #breakfastforkids #mealprepforkids
HALLOWEEN BREAKFAST IDEAS 👻 These are so fun for the spooky season. I’ll put the details below 👇🏼 . If you’d like the link to the donut pans we use you can find them in my bio! . PANCAKE DONUTS: Spray your donut pan & add in any pancake mix so each donut slot is about 65% full. You don’t want to overfill these because then there will be no hole in your donut. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes then decorate. I usually warm the frosting up in the microwave for 30 seconds so that it’s easier to work with. . BREAKFAST SUNDAE: Use a waffle bowl and add in your yogurt. Top with whatever toppings you want :) . CINNAMON GLAZED MUNCKINS: Use cinnamon rolls and cut each one in half. Roll the halves into balls for your munchkin. Put in air fryer at 360 for 5 or so minutes. You may need a few extra mins depending on your air fryer. Warm the icing up for a few seconds and then pour over the munchkins for the glaze. . . That’s it! Enjoy! 👻 . . . #EasyRecipes #toddlermeals #toddlerbreakfast #breakfastideasforkids #birthdaybreakfast #toddlerbirthdaybreakfast #toddlermealideas #mealsforkids #funbreakfast
SNACK PREP: I love having some premade snacks ready to go for busy weeks. My 3 & 4 year old would snack all day if I let them! I’ll put the details for these below 🤍 . APPLE SLICES: Core a few apples and slice thinly. Toss in cinnamon (and sugar if you want) and add to a baking sheet with parchment paper (or greased). Bake at 200 for 2.5 hours. These are so good! . BLUEBERRY MUFFINS: Mix 2 cups cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract together. Once that’s mixed add in 2 cups whole wheat flour and 2 teaspoons baking powder and mix just until combined. Fold in 2 cups blueberries. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. . PEANUT BUTTER OAT BALLS: I mix up 1.5 cups of rolled oats in the food processor (or blender). Mix with 3/4 cup peanut butter & 3 tablespoons of honey. You can add in whatever you want to these. I just add some flax seeds. . That’s it! Enjoy 🤍 . . . #snackprep #snacksforkids #kidssnackideas #easyrecipesforkids #easyrecipesformoms #snackideasforkids #snackideas
