I can’t stop eating these!!! Seriously, they’re just the best. Protein bagel recipe below!! 🥯 Ingredients: 2 cup bread flour or all purpose flour 2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt (Fage brand) 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 whole egg Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and spray a baking sheet pan with cooking spray of choice. 2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add your greek yogurt and mix together until the dough forms. 3. Dust your counter lightly with flour and begin kneading the dough for about 2 minutes so everything is combined. Roll into a one large piece and begin cutting into 5 equal sections. Roll each individual piece into a cylinder and poke a small hole through the middle. Stretch until you’ve created the bagel shape you like. 4. Crack your egg into a bowl, whisk, & lightly brush ontop of the bagels so everything is well coated. Sprinkle on your seasoning of choice (I used sesame seeds). 5. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then flip your pan and bake at 350 for another 15 minutes. 6. Let cool, & enjoy!
