Deep clean my wooden spoons and wood cutting boards with me! I’ve learned that this is a must every once in a while to keep them clean and bacteria free. For the wooden spoons, I boiled them in water and then washed them. Notice all the stuff that comes out of the spoons😣. There are different ways to deep clean your cutting boards, but I have found this way helpful. I start with baking soda, vinegar and then add salt to half a lemon and then I scrub. Some will skip the vinegar until after the scrubbing part. I then wash them all out with dish soap and warm water and keep them upright until they are dry. Then I put them away.

Summer cleaning has started here and let me tell you, my rugs and seats in all my high traffic areas needed a deep cleaning after the long winter we have had! Summer is here… time to set up our deck ❤️

Now that’s it’s finally summer, I had the urge to come out and work on my front porch. It needed some TLC! I cleaned out the furniture I had out here and used a leaf blower to clean up and set the porch up for styling. Love adding a pop of color in my fresh florals! Going with Fuchsia, purple and black, here’s how it turned out. What do you think?
