What are some car/garage tip and tricks you have? Let me know and I can make another video showing those! Sometimes car hacks are silly and dont really help but these are some that I think will be very helpful. 1. Remove zip ties without cutting them (and be able to reuse) 2. Remove a bolt on a pulley without an impact wrench 3. Clean your tools so they look brand new with Scott Xtreme cleaning wipes 4. Check a fuse with your phone 5. Using carabiners to organize tools 6. Keep cans of paint fresh 7. Change oil drain plug crush washer without draining oil I hope you learn something new from at least one of these and I cannot wait to see what other ideas you guys have! #ChrisFix #CarHacks #CarTips

Well, comment F to pay respects to the second M54 engine we have destroyed… every other race an engine pops so we need to figure out why. With @Jamie’s engine, we will create an oil pan baffle to try to get it to hold oil on the turns better. In the meantime I need to swap the engine out (don’t worry there will be a How-To video). So I picked up some new tools to put in my brand new tool box! I needed some torx, reverse torx and hex sockets because BMW can’t just use normal nuts and bolts… #ChrisFix #SoapyWooderRacers

I have a problem (what’s new)! After driving in the rain, I noticed the Prius was hydroplaning a lot where it was not safe to drive. When I got home, I noticed the front tires were getting bald, so I immediately got new tires installed. I went with the @Kumho Tire USA Ta51a tires which are perfect for my daily driver because they are all-season and have a tread pattern designed to move water away from the tire to reduce the chances of hydroplaning. The problem is, I snapped the lug-nut key in the first lug-nut I was trying to remove so to avoid extra charges at the tire shop, I am going to teach you how to remove the locking lug-nuts and replace the tires! #ChrisFix #Tires

I’ve been running these covers for a few years now and the gear oil stays cooler which helps with the life of the fluid. When I ford through water I can later check the sight glass to make sure no water got in and contaminated the fluid which is nice. And I assume cooler temps will also increase the life of the portal hubs which are not cheap haha. #ChrisFix #Hunmer

My buddy wanted me to install a new steering wheel in his car that retained the factory airbag for safety so here is the basic process. 1. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery and wait 15min. 2. Unscrew the two bolts holding in the factory airbag and remove the airbag. 3. Disconnect the airbag and place it face up somewhere safe, away from you. 4. Unscrew the nut holding in the steering wheel and pull the old steering wheel off. 5. Out with the old steering wheel, and in with the new. 6. Add a little medium strength thread locker to the nut and tighten the nut to spec. 7. Reconnect the airbag and steering wheel wires. 8. Reinstall the airbag and tighten the two side bolts to spec. 9. Reconnect the battery and enjoy your new carbon fiber steering wheel! #ChrisFix #CarbonFiber

Learn the basics on how tint is applied to your car. I needed my office windows tinted because the sun was making my office a sauna and these guys really really really wanted to tint the Del Sol so we made her a stealth fighter now! We are using ceramic llumar window film that blocks harmful UV rays and also hot infrared rays. Thanks @Car Supplies Warehouse for the lesson and help! You guys were awesome! #ChrisFix #tint
