#ad Heartbreak is weird. It doesn’t come with a manual, no step-by-step guide on how to move forward. Some days, you feel okay. Other days, the loss hits you in the most unexpected ways—a song, a memory, an inside joke no one else would get. Some days, it makes you not want to move on at all. Healing isn’t linear, and it’s definitely not fast. But it’s in progress. To everyone who has reached out to check on me—thank you. I’ve never publicly shared a breakup before, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But your love, support, and (hilariously motherly) reminders to eat and drink water have meant the world to me. Truly. 💛 If there’s one thing I’m learning, it’s that moving on isn’t about waiting for time to pass—it’s about the small choices we make every day.
