hamburger helper using @Banza🍕🍝🫘 🍔🧅🍅 Banza is made from chickpeas so each serving has 20g of protein and 8g of fiber. It has been my go to! #banzapartner (makes 5 servings) all you need⬇️ · 1 box Banza elbow pasta · 16 ounces ground beef · 1 yellow onion, diced · 2 tablespoons tomato paste · 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained · 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce · 1 cup cottage cheese, blended with ¼ cup milk · 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded · ½ teaspoon garlic powder · ½ teaspoon onion powder · ½ teaspoon burger seasoning 1. Cook the Banza pasta according to package instructions, then drain, rinse and set aside. 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with garlic powder, onion powder and burger seasoning. 3. Add the diced onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes, until softened. 4. Stir in the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until combined. 5. Reduce the heat to low and mix in the blended cottage cheese mixture and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy. 6. #ad braised chuck roast rigatoni bake using @Kettle & Fire 🥫🧀 #ad Heavily influenced by @haileecatalano with this one 🙏🏻 1 chuck roast, trimmed 1 (16.9 oz) container kettle and fire beef bone broth 2 jars sauz wild rosemary marinara 1 yellow onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 box protein rigatoni 2 cups mozzarella cheese 1-2 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper Trim & sear chuck roast in its own fat + oil for 20 min until browned. Add onion + garlic, deglaze, then stir in the wild rosemary marinara + use the entire container of bone broth to clean the jars! Nestle roast back in, cover, and bake at 400°F for 2.5-3 hrs until fork-tender. Skim fat, shred beef & mix back in. Mix the sauce with one box of protein rigatoni, layer in a casserole dish with + mozzarella in the middle & on top. Bake at 400°F for 20 min until golden.
