What I mean when I say I’m busy 👀 My friends know I’m usually home being creative because I just love making products and designing ✨ I’ll say designing ✨lightly✨ tho because I am using AI pretty heavy in this video but I love this new app Playground AI because I can use text prompts to create new and creative designs of my own from a premade template! SUPER beginner friendly if you’re new to designing! Basically as you saw, I took a premade template and typed what I wanted to change about the design and it makes the changes I asked in like 30 seconds… super cool! I have been using this for lots of things not just my POD products The products I am making in the tutorial are products I sell online in my print on demand stores using my supplier printify They make the products for me so no shipping or inventory! If you check Etsy for funny shirts, stickers or candles or mugs you will see how many designs there are and there’s a ton of bestsellers! You can either bring humor into already popular niches for a bit of a competitive edge! Like job humor for nurses or lawyers! Pro tip: use sayings that are already selling but make new and fun graphics! I used playground ai which if you saw, I was taking templates and literally typing prompts in to change the design exactly to my liking 😳 I then went into Kittl and added some wavy text! Mockups are from placeit.net -all in my bio I then put the designs on mugs using printify and listed them to an Etsy shop! Printify is the supplier of the mugs when people order them! I don’t pay for anything until I get an order ✨ This is called print on demand if you’re not familiar and it’s a great side hustle and online business model for beginners! Even without experience you can make money doing it! Yes Etsy is fun but it takes time and consistency to make it a full time income! It changed my life completely and gave me a way to make money from anywhere and it’s a blessing! How I used this AI design tool in my last video to make designs for my POD products ✨💕 I am using the app Playground Ai This is definitely the most beginner friendly design app I have used because you choose an existing template and use text prompts to change the design to your liking! Now as a design app, I use this as a TOOL to make my designs more elevated. I use the templates and then further change them to my own to make a fully cohesive design. Playground AI has designers who make their templates and design styles for the AI images you see on the platform! Because of this, you’re given commercial rights to images made in playground even though you are starting from a template! For example, I used the template of the “cool cucumber” and asked the chat box to make it girly, add heels, white sunglasses, and make it hold a martini” which it did just that! I then added text to use this for a print on demand product I still use many different design techniques as a seller but it’s always fun to share new and improved ways of designing and using tools that can help bring your vision to life and save you time! I know it’s AI and not everyone loves it but personally I like using it to elevate my vision and use it as a tool to help me create even better and more efficiently! Unbox a sample order with me from my online store! I recently have been getting so many orders for the denim embroidered hats and the comfort colors tee in the color IVORY so I haddddd to order some samples for myself bc FOMO Because I don’t hold inventory, I sometimes sell products that I have never even had myself so I try my best to order samples to check quality and see how quickly my packages arrive so I can adjust accordingly! The light blue denim dad hat is made with embroidery and I LOVED the way the threads came out - there was no flaws and the colors were vibrant and pretty! The comfort colors 1717 tee (in shade ivory) was also gorgeous! Comfort colors has become the lead selling tee in my shop this year! It beat out my previous Bella canvas bestseller and honestly for good reason… they have so many gorgeous colors and have a “vintage” style! Absolutely love themmm Printify used DTG printing for items like tshirts and sweatshirts. DTG is direct to garment printing which is the process in which the ink is pressed directly into the fabric ! This gives a much brighter, cleaner and longer lasting print than a vinyl stick on or iron on!
