✨ CINNAMON ROLLS ✨ loro sono la hit dell’autunno!! Le girelle alla cannella invadono casa con il loro profumo di burro e zucchero e cannella che é impossibile resistere. Tra i lievitati autunnali questi sono tra quelli che preferisco e la ricetta che ci do oggi è davvero quella definitiva💪🏼 INGREDIENTI: PER L’IMPASTO 185 gr di latte intero 5 gr di lievito di birra secco o 13 gr fresco 390g di farina 00 o 1 media forza 12,5g di proteine 50 gr di zucchero semolato 1 uovo intero 1 tuorlo d’uovo 55 gr di burro morbido 4 gr di sale fino PER IL RIPIENO 140 gr di zucchero di canna 8 gr di cannella in polvere 55 gr di burro morbido PER LA GLASSA 120gr di formaggio spalmabile 15 gr di burro morbido 140 gr di zucchero a velo 20 gr di sciroppo d’acero vaniglia Lavorate la farina con il latte a temperatura ambiente, il lievito e lo zucchero, come si forma l’impasto unite l’uovo intero, i tuorli e il sale. Impastare finché non vengono assorbiti e si forma un impasto liscio e incordato, solo alla fine unite il burro morbido in due volte, facendo assorbire la prima parte prima di aggiungere la successiva. Fate lievitare 2 ore fini al raddoppio, dopo stendete in un rettangolo 35x22 usando poca farina solo se necessario. Spalmate bene con il burro morbido, cospargete con il mix di zucchero e cannella, pressate un pochino con le mani e iniziate ad arrotolare dal alto lungo. Stringete formando un filoncino e tagliate le girelle allo spessore di 2,5cm, disponetele su una teglia con carta da forno distanti circa 2 cm una dall’altra. Fate lievitare per altre 2 ore (devono raddoppiare). Cuocete in forno statico 175º per 22/25 minuti. Per la glassa lavorate con una frusta il formaggio spalmabile, lo zucchero, il burro e lo sciroppo d’acero. Bacalao al pilpil 🐟💛 Muuucho más fácil de lo que parece! Te cuento un par de trucos en el paso a paso :) ➡️ Ingredientes: - 2-3 dientes de ajo - 2-3 cayenas (opcional, si te gusta el puntito picante) - Aceite de oliva hasta cubrir la base de la cacerola - Un par de lomos de bacalao cortados en trozos (el mío estaba ya desalado) - Sal si hiciese falta ➡️ Paso a paso: - Confita los ajos junto a las cayenas en aceite templado, con cuidado de que no se quemen. Una vez doraditos, retira y reserva hasta el final de la receta - Con el aceite aún templado (que no se caliente mucho) añade el bacalao con la piel hacia arriba y cocina a fuego bajo durante unos 5-7 minutos. Verás que durante este tiempo el pescado irá soltando su gelatina ¡es justo lo que necesitamos para que luego la salsa emulsione! - Cuando el bacalao esté confitado, retíralo de la cacerola - Ahora, con un colador finito, remueve bien la salsa para que ligue y consigamos una emulsión cremosa - Incorpora de nuevo el pescado, cocina durante un par de minutos más ¡y listo! - Sirve con un poco de salsa por encima y unos ajitos #singluten #recetasfaciles #pescado #bacalao #bacalaoalpilpil #pilpil #recetastiktok #chefsoftiktok #cod
