Time To Go Home. 15th May 2024. Me and @furba300 on the summit of Everest. The only two people to summit that day and in such conditions. Me and Furba knew each others ability and there wasn't even talk of turning around. We both knew we had each other up there 💪🏼 Climbing Everest in 70km/h winds isn't recommended, but definitely an experience. We set out with good weather, it turned for the worse at the south summit. Thats 8749m (100m from the top). I heard of someone turning around at the point before, and always told myself that I couldn't turn around there- no matter what. Corneal frostbite on the left eye managed, judging distance with one eye. I had to finish what I started. Weighted ab crunch is probably the top 3 most incorrectly performed exercises in the gym. The key thing to understand is you want to keep your hips out of the movement or else it’ll be hard to actually engage the abs — backing up a bit helps. If you hate doing Bulgarian split squats because there’s too much to think about, this may help you have a more enjoyable experience. 1) use 2 dumbbells vs 1 dumbbell This allows you to distribute the weight across 2 hands rather than one hand so your grip is less of a limiting factor and the center of balance is more evenly distributed 2) keep your back foot plantar flexed so you can push off the back leg better. Here’s the best way to do the chest supported hammer strength row to best bias the mid back. Just because you take a pronated grip doesn’t mean you automatically will get more mid back action. I recommend lowering the seat til your arms create a 90 degree angle with your body (perpendicular to gravity) — this + the pronated grip will allow you to row with a high degree of elbow flare which = better mid back involvement And to avoid feeling it in your arms, make sure to take as wide of a grip as you can. Lastly, make sure to squeeze the shoulder blades back when you row as the traps and rhomboids do scapular retraction #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding

If you have weak rear delts and the weights for cable rear delt flys still feel too heavy, a way to decrease the resistance is by coming closer to the cables and allowing the elbow to bend (thus shortening the moment arm). I’ve even seen some do a mechanical dropset by starting with a straight arm and slowly bending the arm everytime you hit failure with the longer moment arm - first saw this dropset idea done by JPGcoaching so credits to him. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
The incline dumbbell curl can be a solid exercise to train elbow flexion because it is a more stable variant of a normal arm at your side bicep curl.
