You are strong enough for the muscle up but… You are missing Proper technique. The muscle up is easier than you guys might think. I guarantee you that if you can do 10 pull ups I would be able to get you to lean a muscle up. I would do that by putting you through a series of technique focused movements and repetition. When you put it all together and with a kip up, which is by bringing your knees to your chest and pushing the bar in front of you, you would be able to get this in no time.
