Boozy rocket pop Jell-O shots 🚀 RECIPE👇*Makes 12 rocket pops + extra red and blue* What you need: -2 popsicle molds -1 box Starburst Cherry Gelatin 4oz -1 box Starburst Blue Raspberry Gelatin 4oz -12 packs (or 3 oz) unflavored gelatin -4 cups boiling water -3 cups plain Vodka -1 cup Deep Eddy’s Lime Vodka -White food coloring RED LAYER: *IMPORTANT: Make sure your popsicle molds are greased with oil* -Add 1 box Starburst Cherry Gelatin to bowl -Add 4 packs (or 1 oz) unflavored gelatin -Add 1.5 cups boiling water, whisk -Add 1.5 cups plain vodka, whisk -Fill popsicle mold 1/3 up -Refrigerate 35 minutes -You will have extra red mixture if you want to also make regular jello shots with 2 oz plastic cups! WHITE LAYER: -Add 4 packs (or 1 oz) unflavored gelatin to bowl -Add 1 cup boiling water, whisk -Add 1 cup Lime vodka, whisk -Add white food coloring until color is achieved (I used almost the whole tube!) -Fill popsicle mold 1/3 up -Refrigerate 35 minutes BLUE LAYER: -Add 1 box Blue Raspberry Gelatin to bowl -Add 4 packs (or 1 oz) unflavored gelatin -Add 1.5 cups boiling water, whisk -Add 1.5 cups plain vodka, whisk -Fill popsicle mold 1/3 up -Insert popsicle sticks carefully all the way through (they will pierce the white and red layers) -Refrigerate 3-4 hours until set -You will have extra red mixture if you want to also make regular jello shots with 2 oz plastic cups! -Carefully remove from molds by applying firm pressure or tapping on the sides -Pull the mold off from the top, do not pull on the stick -Keep refrigerated until ready to eat!
Boozy shark Jell-O shots with an extra shot inside! 🦈 RECIPE👇*Makes 24* WHAT YOU NEED: -2 shark molds -24 mini eye droppers -1 box Starburst Blue Raspberry Gelatin 4oz -4 packs unflavored gelatin .25 oz -3/4 cup Blue Raspberry Vodka (I used Au) -Chambord Raspberry Liqueur -Oil for greasing the molds and droppers FIRST LAYER: -Fill mini eye droppers with Chambord -Grease the shark molds and the mini eye droppers -Add 1 box Blue Raspberry Gelatin + 4 packs unflavored gelatin to bowl, whisk -Split powdered gelatin mix into 2 bowls and set 1 aside for later -Add 3/4 cup boiling water, whisk -Add 3/4 cup Blue Raspberry vodka, whisk -Place 1 Chambord mini eye dropper in the “hot dog” slot of the shark mold, hold it down while you fill the jello just until the tip of the dropper is covered (about 80% full) -Repeat for each shark slot -Refrigerate for 15 minutes SECOND LAYER: -Using the 2nd gelatin powder mix bowl you set aside, add 3/4 cup boiling water, whisk, then add 3/4 cup Blue Raspberry vodka, whisk -Fill the shark molds to the top (really fill it up! Like almost spilling over!) -Refrigerate 6 hours (I did overnight)
Have your meat and drink it too 🌭 Hot dog Jell-O shots RECIPE *Makes 14 mini hot dogs* What you need: -1 hot dog bun silicone mold -1 sausage silicone mold -3 packs unflavored gelatin -3/4 cup boiling water -3/4 Barbecue whiskey -1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk -brown, red and orange food coloring -red and yellow tube icing Steps: -Add 3 packs unflavored gelatin to bowl and mix in 3/4 cup boiling water, whisk -Add 3/4 cup barbecue whiskey, whisk -Add 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, whisk -Divide mixture into 2 bowls, splitting it about 60/40 (60% for the hot dog bun bowl, and 40% for the sausage bowl) -Add brown and red food coloring to the sausage bowl -Add orange food coloring to the hot dog bun bowl -Make sure your silicone molds are lightly greased with oil -Fill the hot dog bun molds completely -Only fill the sausage molds about half way -Refrigerate 3 hours or until set -Carefully remove the hot dog buns and place them on a tray. Carefully remove the sausages and place them on the buns. -Remove any excess oil you see with a paper towel (this will help prevent the icing from running) -Pipe red and yellow icing on top like ketchup and mustard -Keep refrigerated until ready to eat to help prevent the icing from running #jelloshots #summervibes #drinkrecipes
