This Fried Pickle Dip is the real DILL! 😂 Make this to impress your friends and family this #memorialday! 🙌🔥 Ingredients: - Dan O's Outlaw Spicy BBQ - 1 pound bacon, cut into small pieces - 2 cup panko breadcrumbs - 24 fl oz dill pickles, chopped (reserve 2 oz of the dill pickle juice) - 2 blocks cream cheese, softened - 2 (8-ounce) containers sour cream (or 1 (16-ounce) container) - Wavy chips (for serving) Instructions: 1. Cook the Bacon - In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until it is about halfway cooked. Generously sprinkle Dan O's Outlaw Spicy BBQ over the bacon and stir to combine. Continue cooking until the bacon is crispy. Set aside three-fourths of the cooked bacon and drain the excess grease. 2. Toast the Panko Breadcrumbs - In the same skillet, add 2 cups of panko breadcrumbs to the remaining bacon grease. Toast the breadcrumbs for about 1 minute, adding a sprinkle of Dan O's Outlaw Spicy BBQ until they are golden brown. Set this mixture aside. 3. Combine the Ingredients - In a bowl, combine the chopped pickles, diced bacon, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and the reserved pickle juice. - Mix everything together until well combined and creamy. 4. So refreshing, so Dan-Good! Make this Fish Ceviche with the new Blackened Bloody Mary and you'll see what I'm talking about! 🔥 Ingredients: 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Blackened Bloody Mary 1 pound fresh red snapper 1/2 cup Clamato juice 4 limes, juiced 1 orange, juiced 1 lemon, juiced 1 small jicama, peeled and diced 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced 1 small jalapeño, diced (seeds removed for less heat) 1 red Fresno pepper, diced (seeds removed) ½ red onion, finely chopped 1 orange bell pepper, diced 1/4 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped (stems and leaves). Stems must be fine chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced Instructions: Start by filleting the red snapper into thin strips. Remove any bones and cut into small cubes. Place the cubed fish in a large mixing bowl. Pour the juices of the limes, orange, and lemon over the fish. Make sure to remove any seeds. The acidity from the citrus will "cook" the fish. Stir gently to combine. Sprinkle generously the Dan-O’s Outlaw Blackened Bloody Mary over the fish and mix well. This will infuse the fish with flavor as it marinates. Add all the chopped vegetables, Clamato juice and fruits to the fish mixture. Add the minced garlic and chopped cilantro (both stems and leaves) to the bowl. Stir everything together gently to avoid breaking up the fish. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and the fish to finish "cooking" in the citrus juice. After marination, it’s time to yum yum get ya sum!
