♻️ REPOST if I should drop the tutorial… 😱 I noticed the difference of lymphatic drainage today really because the after clip was taken two weeks ago actually and today I noticed that my face was a lot more puffy because I haven’t really been doing proper lymphatic drainage massages. this isn’t me supporting gua sha specifically, but as somebody with PCOS moon face, I feel that doing proper lymphatic drainage makes a noticeable difference in my face, but you should know that the results are not permanent. you have to do this every single day. the fluid will just come back overnight so it doesn’t make any long-term difference to your face. I sometimes used to get headaches too from my masseters feeling so strong. Don’t get this if you don’t have big masseters. I had huge masseters which is why I got it. I like my results and I am happy I got it.
