The ultimate skin tea I’ve been drinking my whole life. The most soothing cup of Korean jujube tea – naturally sweet, comforting, and packed with health benefits. Ingredients: • 1 cup dried jujubes (Korean red dates) • 2–3 slices of dried ginseng (or 1 small fresh root) • 1–2 small pieces of deer antler slice (available at Korean herbal shops) • 5+ cups of water Instructions: 1. Rinse the jujubes, ginseng, and deer antler slices under cold water. 2. In a pot, combine all ingredients with the water. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours. 4.
