99% of people who approach to me for coaching don't really care about getting this shredded, and those that do (in most cases guys getting ready for a stage), at least half of them just don't have the level of discipline to match that goal. It means I'll never have realistically sufficient evidence to back up my claim so chances are that's something most people will always call me out for. P.S. I did address the studies touching the subject in multiple vids and explained how they actually back up my claim; which is that the negative effects people link to a low body fat % are actually a product of a prolonged caloric deficit and in a case of a lot of bodybuilders; aggressive dehydration protocols. All those are usually gone once the individual gets out of the deficit. It's just that people have seen the results and pulled them out of context. #gym #Fitness #shredded
