Starting of in a new gym can be overwhelming specially a gym with so much equipment, I'm only trying some of these machines for the first time and I thought l'd show you how I managed to get on. Most of these movements you can do with cables or a abductor machine. I done two working sets with 10-12 rep ranges to get use to the feel of each machine. I felt a great pump, I felt like i was properly targeting my glutes from all angles. I will split these movements into two days and I will be adding a hip thrust movement .
