After 24 with no sleep between work and traveling I finally arrived in New York for the screening of Dexter Original Sin that takes place today December 12 a day before the official release, in so happy and excited, yestarday on december 11 there was a premiere that was only for the main actors and producers and I almost got there in time and I could’ve met Michael. C Hall but well I just hope I get to meet him and l let him know how much of a inspiration his character has been to me as a person who wants to be an actor, Dexter as a character and as a story is definitely something else. (Fun facts is that I met Patrick Gibson who portrays young Dexter back in Miami when we were shooting Original sin where i have a very very small role) @Dexter on Showtime

I couldn’t have been more excited for Dexter: Original Sin. Watching the original series (Dexter) on December 2023 was something special and it felt and still feels so unique, then it’s sequel (Dexter: New Blood) months later Original Sin was announced and that it’d how he became the avenging serial killer, it felt unreal for me. Dexter has been such a huge inspiration for me as a starting actor. It’s one of those things I just can’t explain, but it means so much to me. And of course, I wouldn’t miss it, especially with my guy Patrick Gibson playing Young Dexter. When we first met in Miami, he actually recognized me, which was such a cool moment. After the screening, he came out on stage with some of the other cast members to talk to us about the show, which was amazing. And the most unexpected part? I also got to meet Clyde Phillips, the executive producer of the Dexter TV series! I showed him some of my remakes of scenes from the original show, and he was really impressed by them. That moment meant a lot to me, especially considering how much Dexter has influenced my own work. Getting a small role in Dexter: Original Sin was a huge moment for me. Seeing the show coming back to Miami, meeting some of the cast, and just being on set was surreal. Dexter has been more than just a show to me it’s a story and a character that have left a mark on me in ways I can’t even explain. As someone whose biggest dream is to become an actor, being part of this world, even in the smallest way, meant everything. And when you find yourself relating to a character like Dexter in certain ways, it makes the experience even more surreal. One of the scenes we shot in Miami was set in the Bahamas. I got to see Dexter’s boat up close, and now that I’ve watched the episode, everything makes sense. I was one of the few who knew whose boat it was.
