It's been closed for almost two years 😮 The Cathedral Cove walking track was badly damaged by extreme weather but there's now a NEW boardwalk and steps to get down to the beach safely 🤩 It's one of the most beautiful short walks in the country and a magical spot for a swim. The water is so clear 😱 It's been closed for over a year but part of this amazing walk has just re-opened 🥳 You can walk the Te Waihou Walkway from the Leslie road entrance only. This incredible Blue Spring pumps out the equivalent of a six-lane, 25 metre swimming pool worth of water in around 12 minutes 🤯 supplying us all with its fresh drinking water. It's a super fragile environment, so if you visit, please always adhere to the warning/instruction signs and let's keep this place as beautiful as nature intended 💦🙏🏼 🍃 #nztravel #waikato #bluespring #newzealand
