Recipe below: 8 ears of Jersey Stella sweet corn (kernels cut off the cob) or 2 cans frozen or canned corn 1 can (10.5oz) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 2 (10-12 oz) package frozen lima beans 1 stick unsalted butter 1 medium red onion, chopped 2 tablespoon minced garlic 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped 2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoon onion powder 2 teaspoon paprika 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ cup water or milk (adjust to desired consistency) Kosher salt and black pepper to taste Chopped turkey bacon (optional) Freshly sliced green onions (for garnish) Instructions: * Prepare the vegetables: If you're using fresh corn, carefully cut the kernels off the cob. If you're using frozen or canned corn and lima beans, cook them according to the instructions on the package. Make sure to drain the water before using them. * Sauté the turkey bacon, onions, garlic, and bell pepper: Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook for 3 minutes or until brown then add in chopped red onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper. Cook them until they become soft and slightly browned. * Combine all the ingredients: Add the cooked corn, lima beans, Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the skillet. Stir everything together until well combined. Then, season with salt and pepper to taste. * Adjust the consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water or milk to loosen it up. Stir it well until you reach your desired consistency. * Simmer and serve: Let the mixture simmer over low heat for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend together. Finally, garnish the dish with freshly sliced green onions before serving.

One thing about me I love a bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit 😂 Here’s a pretty low fuss way to switch it up & keep them in the refrigerator for breakfast on the go. I don’t freeze because reheating takes too long! This way you make enough for about 3 days & heat them in the microwave or air fryer quickly. I used leftover million dollar bacon chopped up & it was delicious 🤤 veggies are customizable of course 😉 Would you try it? 👀
