#ad Want all the flavour of a BBQ but done in the air fryer no matter the weather? Then try the new @SCHWARTZ UK Air Fry BBQ Range inspired by countries renowned for their authentic BBQ dishes! Specially developed to deliver maximum flavour under the high temperatures of your air fryer! 😋 AD I used their Sweet and Sticky Chinese BBQ Seasoning to make this Crispy Chinese Pork Shoulder Big Stack with a fresh cucumber slaw and only took 20 minutes! 🤤 Recipe (makes 4) 1kg pork shoulder 3 tbsp Schwartz Air-Fry Chinese BBQ Seasoning 50ml buttermilk 75g panko breadcrumbs 50g flour For the home made glaze: 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tsp Schwartz Air-Fy Chinese BBQ Seasoning For the slaw: 1 small cucumber or half a normal cucumber 1/4 head sweet white cabbage 2 tbsp mayo 1 egg yolk 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp Schwartz Air Fry Chinese BBQ Seasoning Extra: 6 burger buns 1 bag fries Slice your pork shoulder into 8 steaks, cover with cling film and bash flat, before adding half (1.5tbsp) of your Schwartz Air-Fry Chinese BBQ Seasoning and buttermilk and either let marinade in the fridge or use straight away! Prepare a bowl with the panko, flour, and 1.5 tbsp Schwartz Air-Fry Chinese BBQ Seasoning, dip in all your pork pieces to coat the sides, then lay into your air fryer basket, drizzled with oil to air fry at 200C for 15 minutes While that’s cooking, air fryer your chips and add all the glaze ingredients to a frying pan to slowly simmer Thinly slice into long thin strips (julienne) your cabbage and cucumber, and mix with the other slaw ingredients to fully coat it Slice all your buns in half and toast in some oil or butter, toss the cooked pork pieces in the glaze, and stack them up onto your burger with the slaw underneath, with middle bun pieces on each to make 4 triple stacked burgers Serve them up with the chips dusted in more of the Chinese BBQ Seasoning to tuck in and enjoy! #BBQ #AirFryer #Schwartz #burger #sandwich

The boys have only gone and made the Worlds Largest Scotch Egg and secured a @Guinness World Records 🥇🎉😁 1 ostrich egg and a whole load of sausage meat and breadcrumbs, deep fried for half an hour and baked for 3 to get this 7.81kg, 80cm circumference behemoth! Can I finish a burrito while skydiving before I hit the ground?!? Thanks to @Skydive Hibaldstow and @Tom for setting this up, so much fun! Venison Wellington with my own catch after joining Matt @grovegamelarder for the day 🥩 Wild Venison is super tasty and probably the most ethical meat you can eat - they’re naturally overpopulated and the government actively encourages culling - but doesn’t fund it, so we rely on people like Matt to keep their populations down. Only about half of the amount of deer are culled that should be each year so fine your local deer management specialist and support them by buying some meat, it’s super tasty and extremely lean and high in protein! I recommend the tenderloin as your first try as an entry level piece of meat as it’s the least “gamey” and then work your way up to the leg, ribs and shoulder etc! #wellington #britishfood #venison #wildmeat #farming #comfortfood #scran

Perfect way to use up leftover brisket? Texan-Wigan Kebabs 😋 Gor the brisket just add 300ml Soy sauce and 1 tsp bicarb to a 5kg Brisket and leave for 2-4 hours for the meat to soak up the soy sauce by osmosis (sometimes called velveting) making it super tender Then smoking it at 150C uncovered for around 8 hours or until it hits around 75C internal (doesn’t need to be precise) before wrapping up and cooking at 160C for around 3 hours or until the internal temp has hit 95C for 30 minutes then put it in a warm spot to let rest for 2+ hours then slicing into juicy and tender brisket pieces! Load into some pies with jalapeños and cheese, egg wash and air fry for 20 minutes for some unreal little pies #brisket #BBQ #sandwich #kebab #wigankebab #pie #texmex #scran
