thought I’d make another one with no machines this time, and with reps and sets🫂all you need is a band and some chalk. I didn’t start out very strong at all so I had to build up from scratch, but if I can do it then you can🫀 this is typically what I did to get my first pull up and build up my reps thereafter. Hope this was helpful🫶🏽 #calisthenics #pullups #backday

hope this was helpful to someone🫀 I remember when I first started I was so overwhelmed with all the information out there but when it boils down to it, it’s really simple. 1. Core work: every movement in calisthenics requires a strong core so if you get this down from the jump, you’ll not only progress quicker, but avoid injury too. 2. Push ups, pull ups, dips: these are the foundations. if you can master these, you can start branching off into so many different skills, the possibilities are endless... 3. everyone knows 3 solid form reps will always beat 10 mediocre reps. bad form is the quickest way to get injured, so always make sure you’re perfecting your form as you go along. stops you having to unlearn bad habits in future. when you first start out it doesn’t seem too bad but when you start to progress, you definitely start to pay the price for bad form😭 (not a pro thooooo🤣this is just what I’ve learned in my time training!!🙊) #calisthenics
whatever you’re working towards, keep pushing forwards, results or no results🫀 can’t eat the fruit the same day you plant the tree right🥲 #calisthenics #pullups
this sh*t is character building I swear🤣🤣can’t wait to get to a point where it’s always consistent mannnn, tired of falling on my head🥲 #calisthenics #handstand
