I went from feeling like i was 21 to 51 just like that 😅🙈 My hormones must not know how long it took to even get my husband on the same page about having another one! 🙄 lol BUT... if this ever happens to anyone else, DON'T PANIC like I did cause it's actually pretty common. I mean we're technically all in pre-menopause if you think about it. All my hormome levels were pretty low unfortunately but after further discussion, they said i'm actually not a canidate for HRT since we are TTC. I cried a couple weeks ago when I first found out - cause I did not expect to hear this for another 10-20 yrs but then I did a bunch of research & good news is - you CAN still get pregnant if you're premenopausal so we're most def. not giving up hope just yet. Any hormone health tips though are greatly appreciated!! 🥰💗 #premenopause #perimenopause

Replying to @ambromagain Twas the day after the hurricane & we are all good at our house. Never lost power & no damage but we went to the beach & St Augustine definitely got hit harder here. Lots of flooding but really not a whole ton of damage especially compared to the other side of Florida. Grateful this was the worst of it we saw because I know those toronados more south really ripped through some communities & my heart is with everyone affected. 🥺♥️ #answeredprayers #milton #staugustine
