Corn Ribs With Sriracha and Garlic Dip 4 Corn on the Cobs Coating Ingredients 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Dried Oregano 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Black Pepper 6 tbsp Olive oil Dipping Sauce ingredients 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 1 tsp Sriracha 1 Grated clove 1 tsp Honey 3g Freshly Chopped Parsley Cut the cobs in half to create 8 small cobs. Slice the cobs in half from top to bottom, and then half again. In a large bowl add the coating ingredients and mix well. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C Add the corn ribs into the mixture and mix well until all the corn has been coated in the mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the corn ribs onto the baking sheet leaving a little space between them all, place them into the oven for 20-30 mins. Add the dipping sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. Remove the corn ribs and transfer them into a bowl, sprinkle the grated Parmesan and sprinkle over some more chopped parsley and toss to coat all the ribs. Plate up, place a ramekin into a centre of a plate and fill with the dipping sauce, place the ribs around the dipping sauce, lick you’re lips and enjoy. #corn #ribs
