I’m not shaming those who sleep train or formula feed—don’t get it twisted. My kids also arent on devices everytime we are at a restaurant but sometimes we exhaust all other options and want to eat our food while it’s hot and have an adult conversation once a month is that a crime?🥲 I feel like people are so quick to judge—but maybe those parents don’t have a village? Can’t afford sitters, maybe they had a terrible day etc. I think we could all extent some grace to each other as parents

Y’all bedtime used to SUCK but we’ve really gotten the routine down and can I just say how much it’s improved the quality of my life? I actually get a break and it’s so amazing.
