In 2002 I attended the 46th National Convention in Atlanta...my very 1st convention! As I walked through the Trade Show, I saw my Soror @theajzone providing mini workout sessions for Sorors and I was one of the brave few who volunteered to try. I meannn...have you seen her body?! Nobody in their right mind would set themselves up like that on purpose lol! Guess I had lost my mind! Anywho, I've always been so inspired by her beauty, authenticity, talents, love for health and  community! Since 2019, she would often give me sound advice and encouragement. To date, I'm always so shocked that a woman of her caliber would find time to pour into or even chat with lil ole me. As the years went by, she continued to support and love on me but we hadn't seen each other since the very 1st time I saw her in person which was 23 years ago! Fast forward to our 57th National Convention in 2025 and God finally aligned it for us to see each other again, even for just a moment. Soror, I'm so grateful for your support, love, advice and all that you are. Thank you for your words yesterday, they touched me deep! Hopefully, it won't be another 20 years.
