Have you all seen these expanding beads before where you put them in water and they literally disappear? I absolutely LOVE them for these type of projects! I just bought a pack from Amazon for a couple of quid and picked some bits from my garden to decorate this vase I've had in the house for years. That's all you need to make this gorgeous centrepiece! Now, the longer you leave these beads in the water, the more they will expand (I left mine overnight). Layer up how you want your design to look, then add the water back in and watch the beads disappear—so satisfying, right?! Then I just popped some floating candles on top to make it even more fancy and there we go!

Omg, I’ve got the best thing for you to make this Christmas! You need 2 packs of these ready-made puff pastry (I always go through so many this time of year!) and some Nutella. Basically cut the pastry around a plate into circles and then sandwich them together with a bunch of Nutella in the middle. Nothing says Christmas like a Ferrero Rocher! So, for a super simple gift, pop a few of them into a line on some clear cellophane, wrap them around, and secure them with some thread between them. You guys have absolutely been loving my different ways of upcycling your old Christmas baubles so here is another one for you! All you need is a bucket of some sort, a few different colours of spray paint (I used gold and silver from @decoratingcentreonline) and the trick is that because the paint is oil-based, it sits on top of the water so it creates this amazing top layer of marbled paint ready to carefully dip your baubles in! I’ve always vowed I would never share this… but here we go it’s Christmas! This is my foolproof fudge recipe and I’ve got to say, it’s only 2 ingredients and it tastes bloody fabulous! So a tin of condensed milk and some white chocolate (I used a mix between a plain white chocolate bar and 2 bags of Terry’s white chocolate orange pieces) and just heat up the condensed milk in the microwave then use the heat from that to melt in the chocolate and there we go! It’s the last day of my 12 days of Craftsmas! 😭 Who loved my homemade Christmas jumper that I embroidered? Well, you are going to love the cushion I’m about to make! The first thing you do is draw your design on some water-soluble stabiliser and pin that in place on your cushion cover (I just got a cheap one from @bm_stores). I started with a lazy daisy knot, this is the more basic one, and then a French knot in that metallic thread to give the nice little bubbles. Once you’ve got your tree finished we need to wash away the stabiliser just run it under the tap and you’ll see it will come away nice and easily (if you’ve got any bits of residue and you want rid of it, you can always pop it in the washer and it’ll take the excess little bits off). Been a while since I have had the chance to film a new #SelfcareSaturday video for you all so I dug this out of the archives! You know how much I am into my running and staying fit and healthy to feel fabulous… well as you know, @thebodycoach was a guest Dragon this year in the Den and who better than Joe to go out running with?! Joe said “Your body is capable of more than you think” - and he was totally right! At the halfway point I was tracking 20 seconds faster than my PB so I was a bit disheartened thinking I couldn’t push myself any harder to shave off a minute of my PB, but he kept me going, kept me motivated, pushed me harder, and I knew it was going to be close at the end, but we shaved off a minute and 12 seconds! It’s just shown me that hard work, consistency, drive and determination can get you where you want to be no matter what. I’m not an athlete, I don’t aspire to be - I just want to be the fittest, healthiest version of myself so I can have the energy to run around after the kids, not be out of breath walking up the stairs at work, and know I’m looking after my body properly now I’m in my 40’s. Did you see my table over the weekend?! Omg, I went full-on ‘tablescaping’ with it and it looked fab! I used a garland for the base (a pre-lit one so we had little twinkling lights) and then used foliage from the garden to fill it out and honestly, it just looked sensational! It’s the first time I’ve done a full display like this and was actually way easier than I thought it was gonna be - you just need some different height candle sticks to break it up, pinecones (again from the garden) and then I used loads of my dried orange slices which gave a pop of colour and made it smell divine!

This has to be like my TOP LIFE HACK ever…..! Every morning when I used to go running I would then have to do a full hair wash as it looked greasy - but now I just do this….. I’m finding I can get a good 4/5 days out of my hair easily - that K18 dry shampoo has been a godsend, and if I’ve got curls in they revive quite well or now I’ve got that Dyson air-straight I just run over it with them. If you want to add a bit of a festive touch to your kitchenware this Christmas but don't want to go out and spend a fortune on new pieces then why not just bling up your old ones?! All I've used here is a bit of leftover Christmassy fabric, some gilding flakes (which you know I always have in my stash), some Mod Podge (which is a glue and sealant all in one) and then a clear glass plate I found in my cupboard. A glue gun is every girl's best friend! Honestly - I love mine and it's an absolute must-have for any stash. And you don’t just have to use it to stick things together, I mean look at this plain vase that I did some ‘glue-doodling’ on 😍 Then I just sprayed some gold spray paint over the top and it just looks so personalised and expensive (when it’s super in-expensive) and the result is amazing! Right folks - Xmas party season officially kicking off and I got a bit carried away on the @dancingleopard.co.uk website earlier this week and just ordered A TON of stuff (and obvs I don’t need this much so I need to pick which bits I’m keeping and what I’m sending back) - I reckon a good solid 3 outfits should see me through the next few weeks for parties and the like….. I’m a massive fan of the pleather skirt (will look fab with my knee-high suede boots!) and then I could do that with the jumper and the shirt and get 2 looks - but which jumper? Omg, these are like my new favourite things to make with the kids! All you need is milk and white chocolate bars, white chocolate Lindor, orange and black icing, a pack of mini marshmallows and milk chocolate buttons! Valentine’s Day crafts… what are you doing? I’ve got the PERFECT little homemade gift you can make that is really easy! Right, so all you need is one of these little wooden blocks, a few pictures of you and your other half and some Mod Podge. Just cut down the pictures so they fit perfectly on the sides of the wooden block and then stick them down with a good layer of Mod Podge and leave for at least 24 hours.
